The ramifications of homeschooling is a much better education. Statistics prove that homeschooled children are more educated, have better social skills and much happier.

This video is nonsense and seems to carry not only a personal agenda, but a hidden one also. Your reference to the judge, well he does not belong in his seat. Government should stay out of education. They have done nothing to improve it. In fact, school children now, are less educated than prior to government involvement. The education of the child belongs with the parent and if public school is the choice, then the teachers shold be in consult with the parents as to the proper education. There is no one better to look after the childs best interests, than the parent. No one! Not the government and not our current structure of public education, that seeks only to educate so as to be servents to the government. You should and probably know this already. Most people are a lot smarter than you give them credit for.
